摘要目的 研究宫颈疾病经LEEP锥切治疗后喷涂外用重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF,金因肽)对宫颈创面愈合的影响.方法 将100例宫颈疾病需行锥切治疗的患者分为锥切+rhEGF喷雾组(研究组)和单纯锥切组(对照组).研究组术毕创面即喷涂金因肽,术后每周复查时均喷涂金因肽,直至创面愈合;对照组术后复查但不采取辅助处理.两组术后每周复查,并记录创面完全愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间.结果 术后两组比较,研究组比对照组创面愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间均短,经统计学检验,差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 宫颈疾病LEEP锥切治疗后创面喷涂金因肽,可缩短创面完全愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间,促进宫颈创面的愈合.

abstractsObjective To study the effect of rhEGF on wound healing in cervical disease after treated by LEEP,conization of cervix.Methods Selected 100 patients of cervical disease need to treatment by conization of cervix and divided into study group and control group.51 cases of the study group were applied rhEGF to the wounds after treated by conization of vervix,and 49 cases of the control group were treated by only conization of vervix without any auxiliary.The patients of both groups were examined each weeks until the wound completely healed to recorded the wound completely healing time,vaginal bleeding time,vaginal discharge time.Results The results showed that there were significant difference(P<0.01)0f between study group and control group,the completely wound healing time,vaginal bleeding time,vaginal discharge time of the study group were shortened.Conclusion This study confirmed that apply rhEGF to the wounds after treatedby conization of cervix in cervical disease,can shorten the completely wound healing time,vaginal bleeding time,vagihal discharge time,and the wound healing effectively promoted.
