摘要目的 通过对我院儿科门诊处方的统计分析,了解目前我院儿科门诊患者抗菌药物的使用情况,促进临床合理使用抗菌药物.方法 随机抽取我院儿科门诊2010年1-2月的处方3702张,对抗菌药物的选用、给药途径、联合用药及用药合理性等进行统计分析.结果 3702张处方中使用抗菌药物的处方占总处方数的77.31%,其中使用注射剂型的处方占21.64%;使用口服剂型的处方占55.67%.结论 我院儿科抗菌药物的使用率偏高,且存在部分用药不合理的情况,需进一步加强对临床抗菌药物使用的管理.

abstractsObjective To comprehend current antibiotic use at our pediatric clinic and to promote the logical use of antibiotics by conducting statistical analysis on the prescriptions written by pediatric doctors at the clinic.Methods 3702 prescriptions written during the period of January to February 2010 at the clinic were randomly selected.The selection of medications,administration routes,combination of antibiotic agents,and rationality of antibiotic use were statistically analyzed.Results Of 3702 prescriptions,77.31% was on antibiotic use; 21.64% of which were administerd intravenouly or intramuscularly,and 55.67% were administered orally.Conclusions The rate of antibiotic use in our pediatric clinic is relatively high and some antibiotic uses are illogical.Hence the management of clinical application of antibiotics should be strengthened.
