摘要目的 比较两种双管负压引流装置应用于乳腺癌术后引流的效果.方法 将120例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为实验组(60例)和对照组(60例),实验组放置硅胶侧孔引流管,接一次性负压引流球;对照组放置普通橡皮侧孔引流管接普通负压袋.并观察两组患者皮下积液、置管时间、住院天数的情况.结果 实验组发生皮下积液2例(占3%),常规抽液,3天后治愈;对照组发生13例(占22%),1例须重置引流管,5天后拔除;置管时间:实验组比对照组少3.3天,术后平均住院日缩短4.2天,两组对比差异具有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 一次性负压吸引球应用于乳腺癌术后患者创面引流,能明显降低术后并发症,缩短住院日,提高治愈率.

abstractsObjective To compare the efficacy of two types of negative pressure devices with double tubes for drainage after breast cancer surgery. Methods 120 patients who had received breast cancer surgery were randomly assigned to study group (60 patients) or control group (60 patients). The rate of subcutaneous effusion, duration of tube placement, and days of hospital stay were noted. Results The rate of subcutaneous effusion was lower in the study group than in the control group (2% vs. 22%), duration of tube placement was 3.3 days shorter, and hospital stay was 4.2 days shorter (P＜ 0.05 for all comparisons).Conclusions The disposable negative pressure suction ball for drainage after breast cancer surgery can obviously reduce postoperative complication, shorten the length of hospital stay, and increase the cure rate.
