摘要目的 探讨老年食管癌患者围手术期心肺功能的保护措施.方法 回顾性分析22例老年食管癌患者的临床资料,均采用胃-食管主动脉弓后机械吻合术.结果 22例患者手术均顺利完成,术后吻合口狭窄1例,心力衰竭1例,肺部感染2例,胃扩张1例,无死亡、吻合瘘病例.均获得随访3个月～7年.结论 老年食管癌患者的手术治疗,只要选择合理的手术方式,术前对患者全身情况进行综合分析,严格把握手术适应征,加强围手术期管理,是手术成功的重要保证.也是保护心肺功能的有效措施.

abstractsObjective To discuss the protective measure of gerontal patient with esophageal cancer in perioperative period the cardio-pulmonary function. Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical datas about 22 gerontal patients with esophageal cancer, all used the gastroesophageal aorta posterior arch machine anastomosis to be treated. Results 22 patients were successfully finished the operation, one case was stenosis of gastroenteric after surgery, one case was heart failure, two cases were pulmonary infection, one case was dilatation of the stomach, no case died and anastomotic stoma fistula. All got followed-up visiting for three months to seven years. Conclusion The gerontal patient with esophageal cancer is treated by the surgical therapy , shoud be choose the right modus operandi, to aggregate analyze the patients' overall health condition preoperative, austerely hold operation indication, enhance the management of perioperative period, it's an important guarantee of successful operation, it is an effective measure to protect cardio-pulmonary function, too.
