早期蛋白质摄人量对早产儿行为发育影响的研究
Effect of early stage protein intake on growth and behavior of premature infants
摘要目的 探讨早期不同蛋白质摄入量对早产儿行为发育的影响.方法 对早产儿给予不同的营养喂养方式,65例入选对象分为A组(高蛋白质组,平均每日摄入蛋白质≥3g/kg·d),B组(一般蛋白质组,每日摄入蛋白质<3g/kg·d),并于纠正胎龄37周、40周时及此后7天、14天、28天分别行NBNA评分.结果 随出生日龄增长,两组NBNA评分均渐增加;A组在5个时间点的NBNA评分高于B组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组均在纠正胎龄37~加周时评分增长最快,后随日龄增长呈减速增加.结论 在早产儿早期喂养中为其提供高蛋白质的量,可促进其神经行为发育,有利于减少神经系统后遗症,促进其牛长.

Methods Premature infants were given different nutritional feeding, 65 selected subjects were divided into A group (high protein group, the average daily intake of protein ≥ 3g/kg.d), B group (usual protein, the daily intake of protein <3g/kg.d), and was corrected gestational age after 37 weeks, 40 weeks and 7 days, 14days, 28 days with NBNA score. Results With the growing age after birth, two sets of NBNA scores were gradually increased; NBNA scores at 5 time points of A group were higher than those in B group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); two groups had the fastest growth rate while corrected gestational age at 37-40 weeks when, but growth slowed down after the increase with age. Conclusion Early feeding with high protein content to preterm infants can promote their neurobehavioral development, helps to reduce neurological sequelae, and promote its growth.
