摘要目的 探讨保守治疗全喉切除术后咽皮肤瘘的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析因喉咽癌或喉癌施行全喉切除术的127例患者中17例行发生咽皮肤瘘的临床资料.结果 咽皮肤瘘经过保守治疗后,13例治愈,占76.4%(13/17);其余4例保守治疗无效经手术治愈.结论 对全喉切除术后咽皮肤瘘进行有效、及时的保守治疗,可以取得满意的疗效.

abstractsObjective To explore the clinical efficacy of the conservative treatment of the skin after total laryngectomy to pharyngeal fistula patients. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out for the causes of the hypopharynx or larynx cancer, total laryngectomy in clinical data of the skin of 127 patients of which 17 cases occurred laryngeal pharyngeal fistula. Results After conservative treatment to skin pharyngeal fistula, 13 patients were cured,76.4% (13/17); the other 4 patients were cured by surgery and conservative treatment failed. Conclusion The skin pharyngeal fistula after total laryngectomy using effective and timely conservative treatment can achieve satisfactory results.
