摘要目的 了解门诊抗菌药物使用及不合理用药的情况，以推动合理使用抗菌药物。方法 抽取我院门诊2010年7月份全月处方14 570张进行统计分析。结果 抗菌药物处方占西药处方数的30.62％，占总处方数的18.04％。其中抗菌药物单用的处方数占抗菌药物处方的97.37％；两种抗菌药物联合用药的处方数占抗菌药物处方的2.63％，没有三联用药的处方。结论 我院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理，但在个别病种、个别药物方面，存在不合理使用情况。

abstractsObjective To study the antibacterial usage(especially irrational usage) and promote the rational usage of antibacterial in the outpatient service of primary hospitals. Methods Total 14 570 prescriptions in July 2010 were collected and analyzed. Results The rate of antibacterial usage was 30.62％ of western medicine prescriptions and 18.04％ of all. As for active treatment, single drug was 97.37％ of antibacterial prescriptions, the one combined with two kinds of drugs 2.63％ and none combined with three kinds of drugs. Conclusions The antibacterial usage in the outpatient service of primary hospital is basically rational. But some irrational usage still exist in few diseases and drugs.
