摘要目的 分析我院临床支气管哮喘并感染患者的用药情况,为其合理应用提供参考.方法 采用随机抽样与回顾性调查方法,抽取我院根据病史、体征、肺功能检查诊断被诊断为支气管哮喘并感染的临床病例48例.按照药品分类、用药频次、呼吸系统药物使用情况、联合用药情况以及抗菌药物分布情况进行统计分析.结果 48例支气管哮喘并感染病例中,以使用平喘药为主,合并用药主要是抗感染药以及抗消化性溃疡药,病例中平喘药使用率最高的是舒喘灵、普米克令舒、博利康尼、氨茶碱、喘定以及甘草合剂,平喘方案以单独使用和二药联用为主,联合用药方案多样,其中以博利康尼+爱全乐以及普米克令舒+博利康尼联合应用为主.常用的抗菌药物以头孢类为主,其中口服剂型中二代头孢为主,注射剂型中三代头孢为主.结论 舒喘灵、普米克令舒、博利康尼、氨茶碱、喘定以及甘草合剂为我院目前最常用的平喘药,平喘方案以β受体激动药联合M受体阻断药或糖皮质激素类药为主,用药较为合理.

abstractsObjective To analyze the drug use conditions for clinical inpatients with bronchial asthma in our hospital,providing references for its rational application.Methods A retrospective random sample and survey methodology was carried out in our hospital,and according to medical history,signs,pulmonary function tests for the diagnosis of bronchial asthma 48 cases was diagnosed and selected.The drug classification,drug frequency,respiratory drug use,joint use of medicines,as well as the distribution of antimicrobial agents were all analyzed statistically.Results 48 patients with bronchial asthma cases,mainly used the asthma drug-based,combination therapy was mainly anti-infective and anti-peptic ulcer drugs; the highest drug utilization rate in cases of anti-asthmatic were as follow.salbutamol,pulmicort,bricanyl,aminophylline,gasping for breath,as well as licorice mixture,asthma programs were two drugs using alone and combining with the main; combined regimen varied,of which Bricanyl + love all music as well as the pulmicort + Boli Kang Nepal-based combination.Antimicrobial drugs commonly used mainly included cephalosporins,oral dosage forms in the second-generation cephalosporin-based,injectionbased formulations in the third-generation cephalosporins.Conclusion Salbutamol,pulmicort,bricanyl,aminophylline,gasping for breath as well as the brown mixture for our hospital are currently the most commonly used asthma drugs,asthma programs as β -adrenergic receptor agonists combined with M receptor antagonist drug or glucocorticoid class medicine-based,medication is more reasonable.
