摘要目的 探讨益气养阴活血通络法联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效.方法 选择2008年2月-2010年2月我院门诊及住院治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组各44例.对照组采用弥可保治疗,观察组采用益气养阴活血通络法联合弥可保治疗.结果 观察组治疗后证候、体征评分较对照组低(P＜0.05),神经传导速度较高(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率为93.18％,对照组65.91％,疗效均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).结论 益气养阴活血通络法联合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著.

abstractsObjective To discuss curative effect of Notifying Qi-Nourishing Yin-Invigorate the circulation of blood related articles-web search with Methycobal treatment on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods From February 2008 to February 2010,88 DPN patients,who were in hospitalized for diabetes,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 44 cases.Patients of control group were treated by Methycobal,and observation group was treated by Notifying Qi-Nourishing Yin-Invigorate the circulation of blood related articles-web search with Methycobal.Restlts The marks of symptom,sign of observation group were lower than control group(P ＜ 0.05),and nerve conduction velocity was faster(P＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.18％,control group was 65.91％.Effect of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of Notifying Qi-Nourishing Yin-Invigorate the circulation of blood related articles-web search with Methycobal treatment on DPN is significant.
