摘要[目的]了解我院门诊处方书写质量和用药情况,以提高我院处方质量和促进合理用药.[方法]从我院2011年1月-2011年11月门 诊处方244 607张中随机抽取4900张(约2％),参照药品说明书和相关书籍文献,结合《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》就处方用药和书写情况进行回顾性统计分析.[结果]4900张处方中,使用药品商品名处方294张占6％,前记不规范处方274张占5.6％,用药超过5种处方126张占2.6％,超7天用量未注明理由98张占2％,用普通处方代替其他处方有9张占0.2％.[结论]我院需加强处方管理,重视处方规范化书写,减少不合理用药的发生.

abstracts[Objective]To understand the outpatient service quality and drug prescription writing quality in our hospital,in order to improve our prescription quality and promote the prescription rational drug use.[Methods]4900pieces (about 2％) were randomly selected from 244 607 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from January 2011 to November 2011,with reference to the relevant books and literature drugs,combined with the prescription management procedures,and the hospital prescription comment on standard management (try out),a retrospective analysis was carried out to study the prescription medication and writing status.[Results]Among the 4900 prescriptions,294 (6％) ones were found using the drug trade name,274 (5.6％) found with former record not to regulate prescription,126 (2.6％) using more than 5 kinds of prescription,reason for exceeding 7 days of dosage was not stated in 98 (2％) prescription,9 (0.2％) using common prescription taking place of other prescription.[Conclusion]Our prescription management should be strengthened,prescription standardization writing must be focused,so as to reduce the occurrence of rational drug use.
