摘要目的 探讨分析甲硝唑联合5-FU肠腔灌洗在左半大肠癌合并肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除术中的应用.方法 选取2000年3月至2010年5月我院收治的200例左半大肠癌合并肠梗阻的患者,随机分成实验组与对照组各100例.对照组接受常规Ⅰ期切除术,实验组接受Ⅰ期切除术与甲硝唑联合5-FU肠腔灌洗,观察其临床疗效.结果 对照组术后切口感染8例,吻合口瘘10例,腹腔感染8例,早期肠粘连7例;实验组术后切口感染2例,吻合口瘘4例,腹腔感染2例,早期肠粘连2例.对照组患者平均住院天数(24.5±4.5),实验组患者平均住院天数(17.6±5.2).结论 甲硝唑联合5-FU肠腔灌洗用于左半大肠癌合并肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除术能降低术后并发症的发生率,加快吻合口的愈合.

abstractsObjective To study the application effect of colonic irrigation of metronidazole combined with 5-FU in the one-stage resection and primary anastomosis to treat the left colonic neoplasms with intestinal obstruction.Methods 200 patients from March 2000 to May 2010 with the left colonic neoplasms with intestinal obstruction in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group with 100 patients was treated with regular one-stage resection and primary anastomosis while the experimental group with 100 patients was treated with one-stage resection and primary anastomosis and colonic irrigation of metronidazole combined with 5-FU.The clinical curative effect was observed and compared.Results The incidence rate of complication and length of hospital time of the experimental group were obviously lower than those of the control group.There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Colonic irrigation of metronidazole combined with 5-FU in the one-stage resection and primary anastomosis to treat the left colonic neoplasms with intestinal obstruction can lower the incidence rate of complication and fasten the heal of the anastomosis.
