摘要目的 了解我院老年糖尿病患者降糖药使用现状与合理性,为临床个体化用药提供参考.方法 随机抽取我院2011年出院的诊断为老年糖尿病的病例100份,对药品的种类、用药频次、联合用药情况及其并发症进行统计分析.结果 在100份病例中,使用胰岛素类占比66.2％,主要为普通胰岛素、甘精胰岛素和赖脯胰岛素；联合用药占比91.0％,以胰岛素±口服降糖药联合应用为主.结论 我院老年糖尿病患者的降糖药使用合理.

abstractsObjective To understand the current status and rationality of hypoglycemic drug uses for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital,and to provide clinical guidance for uses of individualized medication.Methods 100 copies of medical history from the elderly patients with diabetes who were relieved from hospital in 2011 were randomly selected.The types of medication uses,frequency of medication uses,combination therapies,and mediation-related complications were statistically analyzed.Results 66.2％ of the 100 patients received insulin,mainly regular insulin,insulin glargine,and insulin lyspro; and 91.0％ received combination therapies,mostly insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic agents.Conclusions Hypoglycemic agents are rationally used for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital.
