摘要目的 探讨大剂量丙种球蛋白联合皮质激素治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效.方法 选取于我院住院的重症病毒性脑炎患者92例,将其分为对照组及治疗1组(常规治疗加大剂量丙种球蛋白)、治疗2组(常规治疗加大剂量丙种球蛋白及皮质激素),比较三组治疗效果(从惊厥控制、退热、头痛呕吐消失及意识转清的时间以及住院天数几方面进行比较).结果 治疗1组惊厥控制、退热、头痛呕吐消失时间以及住院天数明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)；而治疗2组以上数据明显少于治疗1组(P＜0.05).结论 大剂量丙球蛋白和激素联合治疗重症病毒性脑炎疗效明显,值得临床推广应用.

abstractsObjective To explore the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with high-dose immunoglobulin and cortical hormone for viral encephalitis in children.Methods 92 hospitalized patients with severe viral encephalitis were divided into a control group,a study group A (conventional treatment combined wih highdose immunoglobulin),and a study group B (conventional treatment combined with high-dose immunoglobulin and cortical hormone).The clinical efficacies were compared among the three groups (A comparison of time to control of convulsions,abatement of fever,disappearance of headache and vomiting,and recovery of consciousness,and length of hospital stay).Results Time to control of convulsions,abatement of fever,disappearance of headache and vomiting,and recovery of consciousness,and length of hospital stay were shorter in the study group A than in the control group (P＜0.05),and they were shorter in the study group B than in the study group A(P＜0.05).Conclusions High-dose immunoglobulin combined with cortical hormone is efficacious in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis.It is worth popularzing clinically.
