摘要目的 观察电话回访式健康指导对髋部骨折术后患者生活质量影响.方法 将106例髋部骨折手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组53例,两组患者在住院期间给予一般健康教育,出院指导,出院时患者资料登记入册,并评估患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)情况,对照组患者出院后只定期进行门诊复查,观察组患者在此基础上,于出院后第1周、第3周,以后每隔1个月通过电话回访进行健康指导,满6个月后评估患者SAS、SDS情况和日常生活能力得分及统计患者并发症发生率.结果 出院时两组患者SAS、SDS比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),满6个月后实验组患者SAS、SDS及并发症的发生率低于对照组,日常生活能力得分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 电话回访式健康指导是一种简便、高效的医疗服务措施,有利于帮助患者持续获得解决问题的知识和技能,提高其遵医行为及身心独立能力,促进患者康复,从而提高其生活质量.

abstractsObjective To observe the effect of heahh guidance by telephone return visit on the quality life of patients with hip fracture surgery.Methods 106 patients with hip fracture surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,53 patients in each group.The two groups were given general health education during hospitalization,and guidance out of the hospital.When discharging from hospital,their data were written down in books and estimated the SAS and SDS scores.After discharge from hospital,control group had only regular outpatient care.In addition to this,however,experimental group got health guidance by telephone return visit at the first week,the third week.and once a month.Six months later we estimated their score of SAS and SDS,daily life ability and the patients' incidence of complications.Results The two groups made no difference on SAS and SDS scores (P ＞ 0.05) when they left hospital,but six months later experimental group was lower in scores of SAS and SDS and incidence of complications than in control group.And daily life ability score was obviously higher than that of control group.Conclusion Telephone return visit is a kind of convenient and efficient medical service measure.It helps patients continue to gain the knowledge and skills to solve problems and improve behavior to respect doctor and their independence in mind and body,so as to promote the patients' rehabilitation as well as improving their quality of life.
