快速输注低温液体在弥漫性轴索损伤患者低温诱导中的作用
Role of rapid cryogenic liquid infusing leading to low temperature for patients with diffuse axonal injury
摘要目的 探讨快速输注低温液体在缩短重型颅脑损伤患者低温诱导时间中的作用.方法 选择惠州市中心人民医院神经外科2010年2月至2012年12月收治的46例罹患弥漫性轴索损伤并行低温治疗的患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为实验组(低温液体+常规低温诱导组)24例及对照组(常规低温诱导组)22例,比较两组病人低温实施至目标体温达标时间的差异.结果 实验组病人低温实施至目标体温达标时间为(30±5.6) min,对照组为(51±7.7) min,实验组具有更短的目标体温诱导时间(t=1.382,P=0.017).结论 快速输注低温液体可缩短弥漫性轴索损伤并行低温治疗的患者的低温诱导时间,使该类患者迅速进入目标低温状态,以快速实现低温的潜在脑保护作用.

abstractsObjective To explore the role of rapid cryogenic liquid infusing leading to low temperature for patients with diffuse axonal injury.Methods 46 patients with diffuse axonal injury were collected and randomly divided into experimental group (low temperature inducted by cryogenic liquid together with conventional measure) with 24 cases and control group (low temperature inducted by conventional measure) with 22 cases from February 2010 to December 2012 in neurosurgery department of Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital.The time to reach the target temperature was compared in both groups.Results The time to reach the target temperature in experimental group was (30 ± 5.6) minutes,and (51 ± 7.72) minutes found in the other group,among which the experimental group had a shorter time to reach the target temperature (t=1.382,P=0.017).Conclusion Rapid cryogenic liquid infusing could shorten the time of low temperature induction in patients with diffuse axonal injury,which could make the patients quickly reach to the target temperature state to get the potential neuroprotective effect of low temperature.
