摘要目的 探讨及比较循证护理和舒适护理在人工流产中的应用效果.方法 选取2013年5月至2014年5月于我站实施人工流产的120例患者为研究对象,按照自愿原则将其均分为A组、B组、C组.A组采用循证护理方式进行护理;B组在常规护理的基础上采用舒适护理方式进行护理;C组采用常规护理方式进行护理.结果 A组有2例患者焦虑,1例出现人工流产综合征,B组分别为3例、2例,C组分别为17例、9例,A、B组之间无统计学差异(P＞0.05),A、B组患者焦虑、人工流产综合征发生情况明显优于C组(P＜0.05).A、B组患者恐惧、疼痛情况明显优于C组(P＜0.05),而A、B组之间无统计学差异(P＞0.05).A、B组患者满意度情况明显优于C组(P＜0.05),A、B组之间无统计学差异(P＞0.05);在手术时间方面,A、B两组患者的平均手术时间明显短于C组(P＜0.05).结论 循证护理和舒适护理都能够有效为人工流产的临床最佳护理模式的选择提供重要的参考,将二者结合运用于临床护理,均能有效减少患者焦虑及人工流产综合征率,降低术后出血量及阴道出血时间,缓解恐惧、疼痛情况,减少手术时间,极大地提高人工流产护理质量、护理人员的工作效率及自身素质,同时还能有效提高患者的护理满意度,进而减轻患者经济负担,节约社会医疗资源,有效促进和谐的医患关系.

abstractsObjective To compare the application effect of evidence-based nursing and comfort care in artificial abortion.Methods 120 cases of artificial abortion in our station from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the research object,divided into group A,B,C in accordance with voluntary principle.Group A accepted evidence-based nursing,group B accepted comfort care on the basis of conventional nursing,and group C accepted conventional nursing.Results There were 2 cases of anxiety,1 case of induced abortion syndrome in group A,3 cases,2 cases in group B,17 cases,9 cases in group C;the incidences of anxiety,induced abortion syndrome of group A,B were significantly better than those of group C (P＜0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences between group A and group B (P＞0.05).The incidences of fear and pain of group A,B were obviously better than those of group C (P＜0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences between group A and group B (P＞0.05).Satisfaction degree of group A,B were obviously better than that of group C (P＜0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B (P＞0.05).The average operation time of group A,B were significantly shorter than that of group C (P＜0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing and comfort care can effectively provide important reference for the selection of clinical best nursing mode for artificial abortion.The combination applied in clinical nursing can effectively reduce patients' incidences of anxiety,induced abortion syndrome,the bleeding and postoperative vaginal bleeding time,relieve fear,pain,reduce the operation time,greatly improve the quality of nursing care in artificial abortion,nurses' work efficiency and their own quality,also can effectively improve patients' nursing satisfaction,and reduce patients' economic burden,save social medical resources,effectively promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
