摘要目的 探究与分析整体化护理配合在手术室直肠癌根治术护理工作中的应用.方法 回顾性分析本院自2012年9月至2015年9月收治的90例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者的临床资料,按照就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组与整体化护理配合组,每组45例;对比两组患者护理前后焦虑抑郁评分、心率及血压变化、手术时间、术后并发症发生率及满意度.结果 两组患者护理后较护理前相比SAS及SDS评分均明显降低,整体化护理配合组较常规护理组相比SAS及SDS评分降低更加明显(P＜0.05);常规护理组护理后较护理前相比心率、收缩压及舒张压升高(P＜0.05);整体化护理配合组护理前后心率、收缩压及舒张压差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);整体化护理配合组较常规护理组相比手术时间延长,并发症发生率较低,护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将整体化护理配合应用于手术室直肠癌根治术护理中的应用效果显著,减少了对心率及血压的影响,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高满意度,值得推广.

abstractsObjective To explore and analyze the of application holistic nursing cooperation in the nursing care of radical surgery for colorectal cancer at operation room.Methods the clinical data of 90 patients undertaking laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer at our hospital from September,2012 to September,2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the time sequence,the patients were divided into a routine nursing group and a holistic nursing group,45 cases for each group.The scores of anxiety and depression,heart rate,and blood pressure before and after nursing,operation time,postoperative complications,and satisfaction were compared between these two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower after than before nursing in both groups and in the holistic nursing group than in the routine nursing group (P＜0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher after than before nursing in both groups (P＜0.05).There no statistical differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure between these two groups before and after nursing (P＞0.05).The operation time was longer,the incidence of complicationslower,and the nursing satisfaction degree higher in the holistic nursing group than in the routine nursing group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of holistic nursing cooperation in the nursing care of radical surgery for rectal cancer at operation room is quite effective and can reduce the influence on heart rate and blood pressure,shorten hospital stay,lower incidence of complications,and improve satisfaction,so it is worth being gereralized.
