摘要目的 探讨优质综合护理方法对正畸患者治疗依从性的影响价值,采取科学合理的护理方法来提高正畸的临床疗效.方法 将138例正畸患者按照数字表法随机分为两组;对照组69例实施常规专科护理,观察组69例在对照组常规专科护理的基础上采取优质综合护理方法;比较两组的临床疗效、护理效果及满意度.结果 观察组患者从对保持矫正装置的卫生、复诊及口腔卫生情况治疗的依从性及患者对治疗效果、护理效果和美观程度的满意度均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对正畸患者治疗依从性实施优质综合护理方法可以有效增强患者的治疗依从性,缩短了治疗时间,提高了患者对治疗效果、护理效果和美观程度的满意度,有效地提高了正畸治疗疗效.

abstractsObjective To explore the influence of comprehensive quality nursing care on compliance in patients taking orthodontic treatment and to improve the clinical curative effect of orthodontics using scientific and reasonable nursing methods.Methods Using digital table method,138 orthodontic patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,69 for each group.The control group received routine specific nursing care;in addition,the observation group took comprehensive quality nursing care.The clinical curative effect,nursing effect,and satisfaction degree were compared between these two groups.Results The clinical curative effect,nursing effect,and satisfaction degree were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive quality nursing care for patients taking orthodontic treatment can increase their compliance,shorten treatment time,increase their satisfaction degree to curative effect,nursing effect,and beautiful degree,and improve orthodontic treatment effect.
