摘要目的 探讨在手足口病合并脑炎患儿中实施早期综合性护理干预对其病情康复的效果.方法 选取本科室2013年1月至2015年8月收治的80例症状手足口病合并脑炎的患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施早期护理干预、家长的认知护理以及强化病情观察等早期综合护理,比较两组患儿的病情康复情况、家长的护理技能以及护理满意度.结果 观察组的临床症状消失时间(退热、皮疹消失、口腔溃疡愈合、神经系统症状消失)及住院时间均短于对照组,预后评分高于对照组,并发症和致残率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组的家长护理技能(用药知识、护理知识、护理方法等)及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 早期综合护理干预能够促进手足口病合并脑炎患儿病情的康复,改善预后,提高家长的护理满意度,值得临床推广.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of early comprehensive nursing intervention on disease rehabilitation of children with HFMD complicated with encephalitis.Methods 80 children with HFMD complicated with encephalitis treated at our department from January,2014 to August,2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group were conventionally cared;in addition,the observation group were given early comprehensive nursing intervention,including early nursing intervention,parental cognitive nursing care,and strengthening disease observation,etc..The disease rehabilitation conditions,the parents' nursing skills,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between these two groups.Results The times of the disappearance of fever,rash,oral ulcer,and neurological symptoms and hospital stay were shorter,the prognosis score and nursing satisfaction degree higher,and the incidence of complications and morbidity lower,and the parents' nursing skills (medication knowledge,nursing knowledge,nursing method,etc.) in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Early comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation for children with HFMD complicated with encephalitis and improve their prognosis and the parental nursing satisfaction degree,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
