摘要目的 探索优质护理服务在腹膜透析治疗小儿肾功能衰竭中的应用效果.方法 选取2015年10月至2016年9月在本院进行腹膜透析治疗的肾功能衰竭患儿72例,随机分为实验组与对照组,给予对照组患儿腹膜透析治疗肾功能衰竭的一般护理方案,实验组患儿在此基础上采用优质护理干预.采用本院自拟的满意度问卷调查收集患儿家属对护理工作的满意度情况,通过护理纠纷发生次数及主动对护理工作提出表扬的患儿家属例数对护理效果进行评价.结果 实验组患儿及家属对护理工作满意度(97.22％)明显高于对照组(77.78％)(P＜0.05);实验组中提出表扬的例数(31)显著多于对照组(12)(P＜0.05);实验组与对照组比较,较少发生护理纠纷(P＜0.05).结论 采用优质护理服务在腹膜透析治疗小儿肾功能衰竭过程中进行干预,有效改善患儿舒适度,护理质量和家属满意度得到提高,对于提高医疗工作质量及改善医患关系具有重要意义.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service on peritoneal dialysis in children with renal failure.Methods Seventy-two children with renal failure who underwent peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were given general nursing service of peritoneal dialysis for renal failure,on the basis the patients in the experimental group were given high quality nursing service.The self-designed questionnaire was used to assess the satisfaction degree on the nursing staff,and the nursing effect was evaluated by the number of nursing disputes and the number of the children and their families who commended nursing work.Results The satisfaction degree on the nursing staff in the experimental group (97.22％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.78％) (P＜0.05).The number of the children and their families who commended nursing work in the experimental group (31) was significantly more than that in the control group (12) (P＜0.05).The number of nursing disputes in the experimental group was fewer than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing service for children with renal failure in the process of peritoneal dialysis,can improve the comfort degree of children,nursing quality,and family satisfaction,of great significance in improving the quality of medical work and the relationship between doctors and patients.
