摘要目的 通过梯度造影和CT扫描后三维重建的方法为学生提供胎盘血管的直观展示,加强学生对正常妊娠和病理妊娠胎盘结构的理解,以期取得更好的教学效果.方法 将含有10％和50％非离子型碘造影剂的灌注液分别用美兰和伊红染色后,对脐静脉、脐动脉进行灌注,完成后对胎盘进行CT扫描、三维重建.结果 结合胎盘灌注的大体图像,将胎盘血管树直观地展示给学生,同时结合三维模型展示双(多)胎妊娠胎盘血管吻合,帮助学生深入理解胎盘结构与病理妊娠的关系.结论 应用胎盘血管梯度造影及三维重建技术在产科教学中可以取得更好的教学效果.

abstractsObjective To present students with the direct view of placental angioarchitectures using gradient angiography and 3-dimensional (3D) reconstruction and get better teaching effect.Methods The red contrast medium was injected in arteries and consisted of eosin and 50％ Ultravist.The blue contrast medium was injected in veins and consisted of methylene blue and 10％ Ultravist.3D placental models were reconstructed from computed tomography (CT) scan data.Results The 3D model of placental vascular tree was intuitionistic;it could facilitate teachers' teaching and students' understanding of placental anatomy and pathologic pregnancy.Conclusion Gradient angiography and 3D reconstruction of placental angioarchitectures can improve the efficiency and quality in clinical teaching of obstetrics.
