摘要目的 研究电视胸腔镜手术治疗早期慢性脓胸的疗效.方法 将本院收治的90例早期慢性脓胸患者随机平均分为两组,观察组患者行电视胸腔镜手术,对照组患者行传统开胸手术;比较两组患者围术期、手术疗效及并发症情况.结果 观察组患者手术时间、出血量及胸腔引流量均显著低于对照组(均P＜ 0.05);观察组术后FEV1、FVC及MVV等肺功能指标均显著高于对照组(均P＜0.05);观察组复发率为0.00％,对照组为6.67％;观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 电视胸腔镜手术治疗早期慢性脓胸患者,创伤小,疗效显著,并发症少,值得临床推广.

abstractsObjective To study the effect of video-assisted thoracic surgery in the treatment of early chronic empyema.Methods Ninety patients with early chronic empyema were equally randomized into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated by video-assisted thoracic surgery and the control group traditional thoracotomy.The perioperative conditions,surgical effect,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical time was shorter and the bleeding volume and chest drainage volume were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The pulmonary function indicators,FEV1,FVC,and MVV,were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after surgery (all P ＜ 0.05).The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the observation group than that in control group (0.00％ vs.6.67％) (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted thoracic surgery in the treatment of early chronic empyema is minimally invasive and quite effective and has few complications,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
