摘要目的 探讨外伤所致鼻骨骨折患者在鼻内镜下行鼻骨骨折整合与鼻中隔矫正术较传统鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术的优势.方法 选取2014年2月至2017年1月本院耳鼻喉科收治的鼻外伤所致鼻骨伴鼻中隔骨折患者78例进行研究,根据患者手术方式分为A组(鼻内镜下鼻骨骨折整合与鼻中隔矫正术,42例)和B组(传统鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术,36例),比较两组患者手术时间、术后疼痛、住院时间及临床疗效.结果 A组患者手术时间长于B组[(78.6±26.4)min比(51.8±14.9) min],术后1d疼痛评分、住院时间少于B组[(3.1±0.6)比(3.9±0.5),(6.4±1.2)d比(7.9±1.6)d],差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).A组患者治疗效果优于B组(97.62％比80.56％,P＜ 0.05).结论 外伤所致鼻骨伴鼻中隔骨折患者在鼻内镜下行鼻骨骨折整合与鼻中隔矫正术,相对传统手术可减轻患者手术创伤,提高手术疗效.

abstractsObjective To explore the advantages of nasal endoscopic fracture integration of nasal bone and nasal septal reconstruction in patients with nasal fractures due to trauma compared with traditional nasal septal reconstruction.Methods 78 patients with fractures of nasal bone and septum due to trauma in department of ENT of our hospital from Feb.2014 to Jan.2017 were selected as research object,and divided into group A (nasal endoscopic fracture integration of nasal bone and nasal septal reconstruction,42 cases) and group B (traditional nasal septal reconstruction,36 cases) according to the patient's surgical approach.Compared operation time,postoperative pain,hospital stay,and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The operation time of the group A was longer than that of the group B [(78.6±26.4)min vs.(51.8±14.9)min;P＜0.05],pain score postoperative 1 day and hospital stay were less than those of the group B [(3.1±0.6) vs.(3.9±0.5),(6.4±1.2)d vs.(7.9-±1.6)d;P＜0.05].The treatment effect of the group A was significantly better than that of the group B (97.62％ vs.80.56％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic fracture integration of nasal bone and nasal scptal reconstruction for patients with fractures of nasal bone and septum due to trauma can reduce the surgical trauma,improve the efficacy of surgery compared with traditional surgery.
