摘要目的 系统评价中药联合克龄蒙治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的效果.方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据医学信息系统(WF)、维普信息资源系统(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science自建库至2017年2月27日的中药联合克龄蒙治疗POF文献,用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具系统评价文献质量、RevMan 5.3.4软件行Meta分析.结果 纳入文献17篇,共1 313例患者(试验组665例,对照组648例),中药联合克龄蒙比单纯克龄蒙治疗POF能显著提高治愈率、总有效率(P＜0.01),改善血清FSH、LH、E2水平(P＜0.01),增加子宫内膜厚度(P＜0.01),不良反应发生率在1.13％ ～ 1.63％之间.结论 中药联合克龄蒙比单纯克龄蒙治疗POF在提高疗效、改善性激素水平、增加子宫内膜厚度以及降低用药风险方面有优势.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with climen for premature ovarian failure (POF).Methods A computer search for relevant articles was run on China National Knowledge Infrastrucure,Wanfang Data,VIP China Science and Technology Journal database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science.Retrieval time limit was from the databaseestablished year to February 27th,2017.Two reviewers assessed the methodological quality according to Cochrane Systematic Review independently.Meta analysis was performed with RevMan 5.3.4 software.Results A total of 17 articles involving 1 313 patients were included.Compared with single therapy of climen,Chinese medicine combined with climen for premature ovarian failure could significantly improve the cure rate (P ＜ 0.01) and total effective rate (P ＜ 0.01),improve serum follicle-stimulating hormone level (P ＜ 0.01),luteinizing hormone level (P ＜ 0.01),and estriol level (P ＜ 0.01),and increase endometrial thickness (P ＜ 0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions ranged from 1.13％ to 1.63％.Conclusions Chinese medicine combined with climen has an advantage in the treatment of premature ovarian failure over climen alone in curative effect,improving sex hormone levels,increasing endometrial thickness,and reducing the risk of climen.
