摘要目的 为做好妇女卫生保健服务工作,对本校女大学生月经现状、月经卫生保健知识认知和遵循行为等状况进行调查分析,获取高校女大学生月经保健健康教育指导资料.方法 于2017年5月至6月对前往校卫生所的女大学生现场发放自编调查问卷,有213名学生有效参与调查.结果 月经周期、经量、经期持续天数异常者分别占12.21％、15.96％、13.14％;不知道月经周期、排卵期的女生分别占56.61％、75.12％;38.03％的女生会遵行经期注意事项;22.54％的女生出现月经失调会去就医.结论 高校应多途径的开展月经相关知识及经期保健健康教育,引导女大学生建立良好经期卫生习惯及就医观念.

abstractsObjective To do a good job in women's health care services,investigate and analyze the menstrual status,menstrual health care knowledge,cognition and compliance behavior of female college students in our college,obtain guidance data of menstrual health education for female college students.Methods From May to June in 2017,a questionnaire was issued to the female students who went to the school health center,and 213 students were involved in the investigation.Results The female students with abnormal menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,and duration of menstruation accounted for 12.21％,15.96％,and 13.14％ respectively,the female students who did not know the menstrual cycle and ovulation period accounted for 56.61％ and 75.12％ respectively;38.03％ of female students followed the menstrual precautions;22.54％ of female students went to the doctor because of menstrual disorder.Conclusions Colleges and universities should carry out menstruation related knowledge and menstrual health care health education,guide female college students to establish good menstrual habits and medical treatment concept.
