摘要目的 探讨个性化康复方案联合网络途径应用于颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者对生活及运动功能恢复的影响.方法 选择2014年10月至2016年10月本院收治的颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者86例,按入院先后顺序分为两组,每组43例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行个性化康复方案联合网络途径护理.对比分析两组护理前后日常生活能力、运动功能恢复情况和护理满意度.结果 观察组护理后各项日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理后平衡、关节活动度、感觉、疼痛、运动功能及总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(97.67％比79.07％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 个性化康复方案联合网络途径护理应用于颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者可显著改善日常生活能力,促进运动功能恢复,提高护理满意度,值得推广.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of personalized rehabilitation program combined with network approach on the recovery of life and motor function in traumatic brain injury postoperative patients with dyskinesia.Methods From October 2014 to October 2016,86 patients with traumatic brain injury postoperative dyskinesia were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with individualized rehabilitation program combined with network approach care.The ability of daily life,the recovery of motor function,and nursing satisfaction were analyzed before and after nursing between the two groups.Results The scores of each item of daily living ability of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The scores of balance,joint activity,sense,pain,motor function,and the total score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.67％ vs.79.07％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of personalized rehabilitation program and network approach can be used to improve the daily living ability,promote the recovery of motor function,and improve the nursing satisfaction in patients with traumatic brain injury postoperative dyskinesia,which is worth popularizing.
