摘要目的 观察腹腔镜手术对男性直肠癌患者术后勃起及射精功能的影响.方法 回顾性分析本院2013年1月至2016年1月接受手术治疗的80例男性直肠癌患者临床资料,根据随机数表法分为对照组及观察组各40例.对照组实施开腹直肠癌根治术,观察组实施腹腔镜直肠癌根治术.比较两组术后12个月的勃起功能及射精功能.结果 术前,两组患者勃起功能及射精功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月,观察组患者勃起功能及射精功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 男性直肠癌患者利用腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗,患者术后勃起、射精等性功能均未受到明显影响,手术效果好.

abstractsObjective To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery on erectile function and ejaculatory function in male rectal cancer patients. Methods 80 male patients with rectal cancer undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent open radical resection of rectal cancer, while the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. The erectile function and ejaculatory function were compared between the two groups after 12 months. Results Before surgery, there were no statistically significant differences in the erectile function and ejaculatory function between the two groups (P > 0.05); 12 months after surgery, the erectile function and ejaculatory function in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer for male rectal cancer patients has no obvious effect on erection, ejaculation and other sexual functions, and the operation effect is good.
