摘要目的 探讨取环术前联合药物使用对绝经妇女提高取环成功率的价值.方法 收集本服务中心绝经取环妇女的患者,分为研究组和对照组.对比两组取环成功率,两组手术疼痛、手术时间及手术平均出血量,两组取环相关并发症.结果 研究组和对照组两组取环成功率分别为100％(50/50)、92％(46/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术疼痛、手术时间及手术平均出血量均少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组取环相关并发症比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 本文认为补佳乐配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环妇女时,可以减少取环手术时间,减少术后并发症,提高取环成功率,减轻受术者痛苦.

abstractsObjective To investigate the value of medication before IUD removal in improving the success rate of IUD removal of postmenopausal women. Methods Postmenopausal women scheduled for IUD removal in our hospital were selected and were divided into study group and control group. The success rate of IUD removal, surgery pain, operative time, the average amount of bleeding, IUD removal related complications of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of IUD removal in the study group and the control group were 100％ and 90％, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The surgery pain, operative time, the average amount of bleeding in the study group were less than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of IUD removal related complications between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Progynova combined with misoprostol for postmenopausal women scheduled for IUD removal can reduce the operative time and postoperative complications, and improve the success rate of IUD removal, relieve patients' pain.
