摘要目的 探讨本院药房中药委托代煎管理模式的临床应用效果.方法 自2017年2月起,本院委托第三方对门诊及住院患者的中药汤剂进行代煎,并采取有效的管理模式.本研究通过文献评阅、现场调查以及问卷调查等多种方式,统计本院委托代煎的基本情况,并对实施中药委托代煎前后的满意度进行调查分析,评价中药委托代煎管理模式的应用价值.结果 本院月均委托代煎中药处方1 361剂,约占月均处方总量的5.00％;问卷调查结果显示,患者对中药委托代煎管理模式的临床满意度为91.67％(55/60),明显高于实施前的68.33％(41/60),而药剂科工作人员满意度为100.00％(12/12),也显著高于实施前的41.67％(5/12),差异具有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 本院药房中药委托代煎管理模式可有效减少差错,确保煎药质量,充分保障患者权益,提高药房工作效率,患者及药房工作人员的满意度高,值得在临床上推广使用.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine dispensary management mode.Methods Since February 2017,our hospital has commissioned a third party to decoct traditional Chinese medicine decoction for outpatients and inpatients,and adopted effective management mode.In this study,through literature review,field investigation,and questionnaire survey,the basic situation of the decoction of our hospital was analyzed,and the satisfaction of the decoction was investigated and analyzed to evaluate the application value of the decoction management mode of Chinese medicine.Results Our hospital commissioned the third party to decoct 1 361 doses of traditional Chinese medicine,accounting for about 5.00％ of the total amount of the monthly prescriptions.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the patients' clinical satisfaction to the decoction management mode of Chinese medicine was 91.67％ (55/60),which was significantly higher than that [68.33％ (41/60)] before the implementation;the full meaning of the pharmacy staffwas 100.00％ (12/12),which was significantly higher than that [41.67％ (5/12)] before the implementation;with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The decoction management mode of Chinese medicine at the pharmacy of our hospital can effectively reduce the errors,ensure the quality of decocting medicine,fully protect the patients' rights and interests,improve the pharmacy efficiency and the satisfaction of the patients and the pharmacy staff.It is worth being generalized in clinic.
