摘要目的 对继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病患者采用甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗的效果进行分析和讨论.方法 本次70例研究对象均为本院2017年3月至2017年12月接收的继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病患者,按照不同治疗方法将其平均分为两组,各35例.对照组患者接受甘精胰岛素注射液治疗方案,研究组则接受甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗方案,对两组治疗效果进行对比.结果 研究组治疗总有效率94.29％高于对照组77.14％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组不良反应发生率5.71％低于对照组25.71％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖分别为(6.21±1.25)mmol/L、(8.36±2.17)mmol/L低于对照组(7.85±2.03)mmol/L、(10.36±3.12)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 在治疗继发性磺脲类药物失效的2型糖尿病的过程中,应用甘精胰岛素注射液联合阿卡波糖片治疗方案,不仅可以降低患者不良反应发生率和血糖,同时也可以促进治疗效果的提高,在临床治疗中值得采纳和推广.

abstractsObjective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablet in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with secondary sulfonylureas failure.Methods 70 type 2 diabetic patients with secondary sulfonylureas failure treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,35 cases in each group.The control group received insulin glargine injection treatment,and the study group received insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablet treatment.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.29％,higher than 77.14％ in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.71％,lower than 25.71％ in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the study group were (6.21±1.25) mmol/L and (8.36±2.17) mmol/L,lower than (7.85±2.03) mmol/L and (10.36±3.12) mmol/L in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with secondary sulfonylureas failure,the application of insulin glargine injection combined with acarbose tablet can not only reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and blood sugar,promote the improvement of the therapeutic effect,which is worth adopting and popularizing in the clinical treatment.
