微信公众号在前列腺增生术后患者健康教育中的应用与评价
The application and evaluation of WeChat official account in health education for patients after transurethral resection of the prostate
摘要目的 探讨应用微信公众号对前列腺增生术后患者健康教育的临床效果.方法 选取2017年4月至2018年7月本科收治的住院患者629例为研究对象,按患者入院时间顺序将其分为对照组310例及观察组319例.对照组行常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上增加微信公众号开展健康教育,对比分析两组满意度和健康教育知识知晓率、术后健康行为依从性.结果 观察组健康教育知识知晓率、服务满意度、术后健康行为依从性分别为98.12%、97.81%、96.55%,均高于对照组90.97%、89.67%、90.32%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 临床上应用微信公众号给予前列腺增生术后患者多模式的健康教育方法可以提高患者满意度、健康教育知识知晓率和健康行为依从性.

abstractsObjective To explore the clinical effect of WeChat official account in health education for patients after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). Methods 629 inpatients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were enrolled as the research objects from our department from April 2017 to July 2018, and were divided into control group (310 cases) and observation group (319 cases) according to the order of hospital admission. The control group received routine health education, while the observation group received health education based on WeChat official account. The satisfaction, knowledge of health education, and postoperative health behavior compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of knowledge of health education, service satisfaction degree, and postoperative health behavior compliance in the observation group were 98.12%, 97.81%, 96.55%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (90.97%, 89.67%, 90.32%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of WeChat official account could significantly improve the patients' satisfaction, knowledge of health education, and postoperative health behavior compliance after TURP.
