摘要目的 探讨分阶段体位管理联合母婴床旁护理模式在产科的应用及其效果.方法 随机选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的剖官产产妇118例,依据随机分配原则分为常规组和联合组,每组59例.常规组给予常规护理干预,联合组给予分阶段体位管理联合母婴床旁护理模式干预.结果 联合组母乳喂养知识和技能掌握率明显高于常规组,喂养并发症发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);联合组喂养舒适率、喂养自信率、纯母乳喂养率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 分阶段体位管理联合母婴床旁护理模式可以增强喂养舒适度,减少母乳喂养并发症,丰富喂养知识,提高初产妇母乳喂养技能,促进纯母乳喂养行为,具有较高的临床应用价值.

abstractsObjective To explore stage position management combined with maternal and infant bedside care mode at obstetrical department.Methods 118 women taking caesarean section at our hospital from January,2017 to January,2018 were selected.According to the principle of random distribution,they were divided into a regular group and a combined group,59 cases for each group.The regular group were routinely cared;and the combined group took stage position management combined with maternal and infant bedside care mode.Results The command rate of knowledge and skills of breast-feeding was significantly higher and the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the combined group than in the regular group,with statistical differences (both P ＜ 0.05).The feeding comfort rate,feeding confidence rate,and exclusive breastfeeding rate of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the regular group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Stage position management combined with maternal and infant bedside care mode can effectively improve the knowledge and skills of breast-feeding as well as comfort and confidence in women taking caesarean section,and reduce the incidence of complications of maternal feeding,so it is beneficial to improve the rate of pure breast-feeding and worth for further promotion in clinical practice.
