摘要总结1例夜间多尿症糖尿病神经源性膀胱呼吸,应用奥马哈问题分类系统+马斯洛层次进行评定4大领域主要护理问题给予护理干预,通过Likert 5点计分法的处理经验.护理要点:全面评估夜间多尿症,通过对血糖、饮水量、补液量的控制、夜间(21时至翌日6时)停留尿管,观察干预后的夜间尿量受控情况,历时1个月患者自排尿＞ 500 ml/次,残余尿量100～500ml出院并跟踪随访两年.

abstractsWe summarized the treatment experiences of 1 patient with nocturnal polyuria and diabetic neurogenic bladder,evaluated 4 major nursing problems areas with Omaha classification system + Maslow level,given nursing intervention,through Likert 5 points scoring method.Nursing points included comprehensive evaluation of nocturnal polyuria,control on blood glucose,water intake,and fluid infusion,indwelling urinary catheter at night (21:00-6:00 the next day).The control of nocturnal urine volume at night was observed after the intervention.After a month,the volume self-urination was over 500 ml / time in the patient,residual urine volume of 100-500 ml,discharged from hospital and was followed up for two years.
