摘要目的 本实验通过检测乳腺癌患者外周血中hepcidin的表达情况,探讨其在乳腺癌发病中的作用.方法 收集2014年4月至2016年5月威海市中心医院58例乳腺癌术前患者及58例健康对照的血清标本,检测血清中铁调素(hepcidin)、膜转铁蛋白(ferroportin)、铁蛋白(ferritin)表达及全血中血红蛋白.结果 hepcidin乳腺癌患者血清中的表达量明显高于正常对照组(Z=6.63,P＜0.0001),ferritin乳腺癌患者血清中的表达量明显高于正常对照组(t=9.00,P＜0.0001),ferroportin在乳腺癌患者血清中的表达量明显低于正常对照组(t=9.06,P＜0.0001),hepcidin表达水平与乳腺癌患者血红蛋白水平无关(t=0.89,P=0.38).结论 乳腺癌患者血清中的hepcidin表达水平的升高可能与乳腺癌疾病的发生和发展有一定联系,因此,检测血清中hepcidin浓度对乳腺癌的治疗有一定临床指导意义.

abstractsObjective To investigate the expression of hepcidin in the peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer,and to explore its role in the pathogenesis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 58 preoperative patients with breast cancer as well as 58 healthy control patients were recruited from Weihai central hospital;and their blood samples were collected to detect the expressions of hepcidin,ferroportin,ferritin and hemoglobin in the serum.Results The levels of hepcidin (Z=6.63,P ＜ 0.0001) and ferritinin (t=9.00,P ＜ 0.0001) were significantly higher and the level of ferroportin (t=9.00,P ＜ 0.0001) was significantly lower in the breast cancer patients than in healthy controls.The expression of hepcidin was not related to hemoglobin (t=0.89,P=0.38) level in the breast cancer patients.Conclusions The elevated expression of hepcidin in serum of breast cancer patients may be related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Therefore,the detection of hepcidin in serum have certain clinical significance in the treatment of breast cancer.
