摘要目的 探讨丙戊酸镁缓释片联合奥氮平对老年脑血管疾病致精神障碍患者临床效果的影响.方法 选择2015年12月至2018年3月本院收治的104例老年脑血管疾病致精神障碍患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=52)及对照组(n=52).对照组采取奥氮平治疗,观察组采取丙戊酸镁缓释片联合奥氮平治疗,均治疗8周.治疗8周后统计两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗8周后观察组总有效率为84.62％,对照组为67.31％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.62％,对照组为5.77％,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 老年脑血管疾病致精神障碍患者予以丙戊酸镁缓释片联合奥氮平治疗可增强疗效,且具有安全性.

abstractsObjective To explore the clinical effect of magnesium valproate sustained release tablets combined with olanzapine in treatment of mental disorders caused by cerebral vascular diseases in the elderly.Methods 104 patients with mental disorders caused by cerebrovascular disease treated at our hospital from December,2015 to March,2018 were selected,and were divided into an observation group (n=52) and a control group (n=52) using the random number table method.The control group were treated with olanzapine,and the observation group with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets and olanzapine,for 8 weeks.The treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results After 8 weeks' treatment,the total effective rate was 84.62％ in the observation group,and was 67.31％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.62％ in the observation group,and was 5.77％ in the control group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Magnesium valproate sustained release tablets combined with olanzapine in the treatment of elder patients with mental disorders caused by cerebral vascular diseases is effective and safe.
