摘要目的 探究基于中医“治未病”理念用清肝活血方治疗肝火亢盛型高血压的临床疗效.方法 选取本院自2016年1月至2017年2月收治的肝火亢盛型高血压患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各34例.对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医“治未病”理念用清肝活血方治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、血压及生活质量变化情况.结果 观察组证候疗效总有效率94.12％,明显优于对照组76.47％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组证候积分(11.48±4.09)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压分别为(124.46±5.23)mmHg、(80.27±3.67) mmHg,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、特异模块生活质量评分分别为(69.54±7.33)分、(73.73±8.20)分、(70.58±8.62)分、(71.19±4.12)分,高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 基于中医治未病理念用清肝活血方可有效提高肝火亢盛型高血压患者的证候疗效,稳定血压,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效满意.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect Qinggan Huoxue prescription in treatment of liver-fire hyperactivity hypertension.Methods 68 patients with liver-fire hyperactivity hypertension treated at our hospital from January,2016 to February,2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,34cases for each group.The control group were treated with routine western medicine;in addition,the observation group were treated with Qinggan Huoxue prescription.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Change.Results After the treatment,the curative effect of syndrome was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group (94.12％ vs.76.47％,P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the symptom score as well as the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were (11.48±4.09),(124.46±5.23)mmHg,(80.27±3.67) mmHg in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the scores of body function,psychological function,social function,and special life quality were (69.54±7.33),(73.73±8.20),(70.58±8.62),and (71.19±4.12) in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Huoxue prescription in treatment of patients with liver-fire hyperactivity hypertension is effective and satisfactory,and can stabilize their blood pressure and improve their life quality.
