摘要目的 探讨“五全”护理模式对新诊断老年2型糖尿病患者健康的影响,为全科医学科病房护士管理慢性疾病患者的健康提供参考.方法 选取2017年10月至2018年4月期间将社区健康服务中心双向转诊及门诊收治的50例新诊断老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,各25例.对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上予以“五全”护理模式干预,通过全面、全体、全程、全方位、全技能的一级预防护理干预,对患者的饮食、运动、健康依从性进行医防融合的健康管理.比较患者的糖尿病防治素养、健康依从性及满意度情况.结果 干预组患者的糖尿病健康素养、健康依从性、满意度分别为(55.521±5.222)分、80.0％、(96.48±1.55)分,均优于对照组(48.841±8.912)分、48.0％、(95.04±2.01)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 通过“五全”护理模式干预、指导全科医学科病房的护理工作,可提高或促进慢性疾病患者的健康.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of five-full nursing modes in the health management of elderly patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM),and to provide some references for nurses in general medical wards to manage the health of patients with chronic diseases.Methods Selection october 2017 to April 2018 Fifty elderly patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,25 for each group.The control group was given routine nursing care;in addition,the intervention group was given five-full nursing modes (including full-aspect,full-body,full-process,full-discipline,and full-skill modes) as primary medical and nursing intervention,and the health management of healthcare integration in patients' diet,exercise,and health compliance were carried out.The patients' diabetes prevention and treatment literacy,health compliance,and satisfaction were compared.Results The quality of prevention and treatment to diabetes mellitus,health compliance and satisfaction in the intervention group were superior to those of the control group [(55.521±5.222)vs.(48.841±8.912),80.0％ vs.48.0％,and (96.48±1.55) vs.(95.04±2.01)],with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion By applying the five-full nursing intervention modes,the nursing work in general medical wards can be well guided and the health of patients with chronic disease improved.
