摘要目的 分析图谱式术前访视对胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者心理和行为改善的效果.目的选取2018年1月至2019年3月收治的100例择期行胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者作为研究对象,并按照术前实施不同方式护理措施将其分为研究组和对照组,各50例.对照组患者实施常规访视护理,研究组患者实施术前图谱式术前访视护理,记录两组患者应用不同术前访视护理模式后心理和行为的改善效果.结果 研究组患者心理状态SCL-90量表总评分为(132.74±9.27)分,对照组为(186.92±10.27)分,研究组显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组患者禁食水遵守率、体位正确率、麻醉配合率、术野皮肤消毒配合率等行为改善效果均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 胸腔肺叶切除术前应用图谱式访视护理,可缓解患者紧张、消极、恐惧等不良心理状态,提高患者对围术期各项行为的配合效果.

abstractsObjective To analyze the effect of preoperative visit with illustration on psychological and behavioral improvement in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with elective thoracoscopic lobeetomy were selected as objects of study,and were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional visit,while the study group received preoperative visit with illustration.The psychological and behavioral improvement effects of different preoperative visit nursing modes were recorded in the two groups.Results The total score of SCL-90 in the study group was (132.74±9.27),and that in the control group was (186.92±10.27),which in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).And the improvement effects of fasting water compliance rate,correct posture rate,anaesthesia cooperation rate,and skin disinfection cooperation rate in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of visit nursing with illustration before thoracoscopic lobeetomy can relieve the adverse psychological states such as tension,negativity,and fear,and improve the cooperation effect of patients on perioperative behaviors.
