摘要目的:研究支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜手术对声带息肉患者一次切除成功率及嗓音学指标的影响。方法:选择2017年5月至2019年1月本院收治的86例声带息肉患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为对照组（ n=43）和观察组（ n=43）。对照组患者行纤维喉镜下声带息肉切除术，观察组患者行支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜手术，对比两组治疗效果、一次切除成功率以及嗓音学指标的变化情况。 结果:治疗后，观察组总有效率（93.02%）较高于对照组（86.05%），差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；观察组患者嗓音学指标Jitter、Shimmer和NNE指数均比对照组低，差异均有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）；观察组患者一次切除成功率（95.35%）比对照组（79.07%）高，术后6个月复发率（4.65%）比对照组（23.26%）低，差异均有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）。 结论:支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜手术治疗声带息肉患者的疗效更好，可快速恢复声带功能，降低术后复发率。

abstractsObjective:To study the effect of supporting laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopic surgery on the one-time success rate and vocal parameters of patients with vocal cord polyps.Methods:From May, 2017 to January, 2019, 86 patients with vocal cord polyps treated in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group underwent vocal cord polypectomy under fiber laryngoscope, and the observation group underwent laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopic surgery. The treatment effect, one-time success resection rate, and changes in vocal parameters were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment, the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (93.02% vs. 86.05%), but with no statistical difference ( P>0.05). The Jitter, Shimmer, and NNE index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05). The one-time resection success rate was higher in and the recurrence rate 6 months after operation was lower in the observation group than in the control group (95.35% vs. 79.07% and 4.65% vs. 23.26%; both P<0.05). Conclusion:Supporting laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscopic surgery is more effective in treating patients with vocal cord polyps. It can quickly restore their vocal cord function and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
