医护同步集中式术前访视在鼻内镜手术中的应用
Application of synchronous and centralized preoperative visit in endoscopic sinus surgery
摘要目的:探讨医护同步集中式术前访视在鼻内镜手术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本科在2015年1月至2016年6月期间实施的120例择期鼻内镜手术患者资料,患者均在全麻下完成手术。根据术前接受的护理方式分为对照组( n=54,接受传统的术前访视)和观察组( n=66,接受医护同步集中式术前访视)。评估患者手术当天早上汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、患者术前平均血压值和心率,患者对手术护理满意度。 结果:观察组HAMA焦虑评分、等级分布情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率分别为(110.1±13.5)mmHg、(74.5±7.7)mmHg、(77.7±11.0)次/min,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均 P<0.05);观察组满意度评分为(87.6±10.8)分,高于对照组(77.4±18.7)分,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:医护同步集中式术前访视可缓解患者焦虑情绪,帮助控制患者手术过程的血压和心率变化,提高患者对手术护理的满意度。

abstractsObjective:To evaluate the clinical effect of synchronous and centralized preoperative visit on patients taking endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:The data of 120 patients who underwent selective endoscopic sinus surgery between January, 2015 and June, 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients who received routine preoperative visit were set as a control group ( n=54), and the patients who received synchronous and centralized preoperative visit an observation group ( n=66). The patients were evaluated by Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) on the morning of the surgery day. The mean blood pressure and heart rate before surgery, the patients’ satisfaction with the surgery nursing were compared between the two groups. Results:The mean HAMA score and the grade distribution were better in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0.05). The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and heart rate were (110.1±13.5) mmHg, (74.5±7.7) mmHg, and (77.7±11.0) beats/min in the observation group, which were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The satisfaction score was higher in the observation group than in the control group [(87.6±10.8) vs. (77.4±18.7); P<0.05]. Conclusion:Synchronous and centralized preoperative visit can relieve the patients’ stress, control their blood pressure and heart rate, and improve their satisfaction with the surgery nursing.
