摘要目的:探究中医辨证分型护理联合中药湿热敷对腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月在本院进行腰椎间盘突出症治疗的160例患者，将患者随机分为两组，各80例。常规组行常规护理干预，研究组在常规护理干预基础上实施中医辨证分型护理联合中药湿热敷；比较两组患者干预前后疼痛程度、肢体活动功能及生活质量。结果:干预前，两组患者VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；干预后，研究组VAS评分为（1.61±0.83）分，显著低于常规组（4.19±1.12）分，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；干预前，两组患者下肢FMA评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）；干预后，研究组下肢FMA评分为（27.34±4.19）分，显著高于常规组（18.97±3.83）分，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；干预前，两组患者GQOLI-74评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（均 P>0.05）；干预后，研究组GQOLI-74总评分为（86.49±4.93）分，高于常规组（60.15±5.05）分，差异均有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）。 结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施中医辨证分型护理联合中药湿热敷干预，能够有效缓解患者疼痛症状，有助于促进患者肢体运动功能的恢复，同时有助于提高患者生活质量，值得推广。

abstractsObjective:To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with Chinese herbal damp-heat compress for patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods:A total of 160 patients who underwent lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from September, 2017 to September, 2019 were randomly divided into a conventional group and a study group, with 80 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine nursing interventions. Based on the conventional nursing interventions, the study group took TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing Chinese herbal damp-heat compress. The pain degree, physical activity function, and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention, there was no statistical difference in pain, physical activity function, and quality of life between the two groups of patients (all P>0.05). After the intervention, the VAS score was lower and the scores of extremity FMA and GQOLI-74 were higher in the study group than in the conventional group [(1.61±0.83) vs. (4.19±1.12), (27.34±4.19) vs. (18.97±3.83), and (86.49±4.93) vs. (60.15±5.05); all P<0.05]. Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with Chinese herbal damp-heat compress for patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can effectively alleviate their pain symptoms and improve their limb motor function and quality of life.
