摘要目的:为了提高中医治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效，总结东莞市名中医阮永队教授温阳健脾益气活血法治疗2型糖尿病的学术经验。方法:通过2型糖尿病的病因病机认识、温阳健脾益气活血法的治疗方案及方药分析等方面，全面总结阮永队主任中医师温阳健脾益气活血法治疗2型糖尿病的学术经验，并列举医案1例予以佐证。结果:阮永队主任中医师认为，2型糖尿病的病机为阳气过度消耗，阳气渐衰，导致脾肾阳虚。脾阳虚弱，失于散精，精微不得输布周身供脏腑组织利用，而堆积在血液之中，久积成浊阴之邪，形成糖毒。治则：温阳健脾补肾，活血解毒，温化寒湿或清泻湿热；方用四逆汤合砂半理中汤+鬼箭羽、丹参、桃仁、川连；同时针刺内庭、足三里、太溪、合谷、胰俞、脾俞、肾俞、膈俞，灸中脘、足三里、关元、气海、神阙。此法不但能缓解症状，而且能降低血糖及恢复患者胰岛素功能。结论:阮永队教授运用温阳健脾益气活血法治疗2型糖尿病取得了良好的疗效，为临床用药提供了有益参考，其学术经验值得推广应用。

abstractsObjective:To improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes summarizing the academic experience of professor Ruan in treating type 2 diabetes by Wenyang, Jianpi, qi-invigorating, and blood-activating therapy.Methods:Through the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes, the treatment scheme of Wenyang, Jianpi, qi-invigorating, and blood-activating therapy, the prescription analysis, etc., Ruan’s academic experience of in treating type 2 diabetes by Wenyang, Jianpi, qi-invigorating, and blood-activating therapy was comprehensively summarized, and a medical case was cited to prove it.Results:The chief Chinese medicine physician Ruan believes that the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes is excessive consumption and gradual decline of yang qi, resulting in deficiency of spleen and kidney yang; spleen yang is weak, lost in transportation and transformation, and spleen does not rise to clear, stomach does not descend turbidity, and essence cannot be transmitted to the whole body for viscera and tissues to use, but accumulated in blood, which becomes turbid yin evil for a long time and forms sugar poison. Treatment principle: yang is warmed up, spleen and kidney tonified, blood circulation promoted, phlegm eliminated, and coldness and dampness cleared; the recipe consists of Sini Decoction combined with Shaban Lizhong decoction and plus with blood circulation promoting and stasis removing drugs including Euonymus alatus, Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, peach kernel, and Semen Persicae; Neiting, Zusanli, Taixi, Hegu, Yishu, Pishu, Shenshu, and Geshu are acupunctured, and moxibustion is done at Zhongwan, Zusanli, Guanyuan, Qihai, and Shenque. This method can not only relieve the symptoms, but also reduce the patients’ blood glucose and restore insulin function.Conclusion:Professor Ruan Yongdui applies Wenyang, Jianpi, qi-invigorating, and blood-activating therapy to treatment of type 2 diabetes and has achieved good curative effect, providing useful references for clinical medication, so the academic experience is worth being generalized.
