摘要目的:观察评价分析优质综合护理干预在超声介入手术（UIS）中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年2月至2019年12月期间本院收治的超声介入手术治疗患者106例，将所有患者随机对照试验（RCT）分为两组，各53例。对照组给予常规护理干预；观察组在对照组基础上给予优质综合护理干预；比较两组护理干预后的临床效果。结果:观察组手术配合度、护理满意度分别为98.11%（52/53）、100.00%（53/53），均明显高于对照组81.13%（43/53）、84.91%（45/53），差异均有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）；干预前，两组患者SAS、SDS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（均 P>0.05）；干预后，观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为（31.07±2.42）分、（32.83±3.14）分，显著低于对照组（40.64±2.59）分、（45.09±4.23）分，差异均有统计学意义（均 P<0.05）。 结论:超声介入手术中给予优质综合护理干预，能够显著提升患者手术配合度及对护理的满意度，有效改善患者心理健康质量。

abstractsObjective:To observe, evaluate, and analyze the effect applying high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention in ultrasound interventional surgery (UIS).Methods:A total of 106 patients who underwent ultrasound interventional surgery in our hospital from February, 2018 to December, 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 53 cases in each group. Both groups took routine nursing intervention; in addition, the observation group too high-quality comprehensive nursing interventions. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The surgical cooperation degree and the nursing satisfaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group [98.11% (52/53) vs. 81.13% (43/53) vs. 100.00% (53/53) vs. 84.91% (45/53); both P<0.05]. After the interventions, the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than in the control group [(31.07±2.42) vs. (40.64±2.59) and (32.83±3.14) vs. (45.09±4.23); both P<0.05]. Conclusion:Providing high-quality comprehensive nursing intervention during ultrasound interventional surgery can significantly improve the patients' surgical coordination and satisfaction with nursing, and effectively improve their mental health.
