摘要正确穿脱防护用品是医务人员进出污染区的基本要求，我国在新冠肺炎个人防护中对防护用品的选择和穿脱顺序有指南推荐，但是针对本次新型冠状病毒存在潜在气溶胶传播等特点，医务人员穿脱防护用品实践操作中还是面临很多挑战。在此次大规模的疫情中，全国各厂家生产的形形色色的防护服都被调派到一线，笔者先后在数家医院防护用品穿脱中参加工作，穿脱过数十家生产企业的不同标准、不同款式的防护服，以及各类型的N95口罩等防护用品，实践来自不同省市的4种穿脱防护用品要求，现将个人体会和经验总结，以期为医务人员穿脱防护用品提供帮助。

abstractsThe basic requirement for medical staff to get in and out of the contaminated area is to wear and take off protective equipment correctly. In personal protection, some guidelines in our country put forward suggestions for the selection of protective equipment and the order for wearing and taking off under the situation of COVID-19. In particular, there are potential aerosol transmission characteristics of the SARS-CoV-2, which brings many challenges to medical personnel of wearing and taking off protective equipment. During the pandemic, all kinds of protective equipment produced by various manufacturers across our country were dispatched to the front line. The author has practiced and passed the examination of 4 kinds of wearing and taking off protective equipment requirements from different regions. Now the author sums up his personal experience in order to help the medical staff wear and take off protective equipment.
