摘要目的:分析HER-2染色在两种不同免疫组化染色平台结果不一致的原因。方法:收集2019年1—9月本院病理科存档的肿瘤标本40例，25例浸润性乳腺癌和15例胃癌在Roche Ventana XT和Leica Bond Max全自动免疫组化仪上分别进行HER-2染色，其结果严格参照HER-2检测指南进行判读。结果:25例浸润性乳腺癌HER-2在Roche Ventana XT和Leica Bond Max全自动免疫组化仪的染色结果比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），Kappa值0.135，一致性较差。15例胃癌HER-2在Roche Ventana XT和Leica Bond Max全自动免疫组化仪的染色结果比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），Kappa值0.186，一致性较差。 结论:不同免疫组化染色平台染色效果存在一定的差异，为了提高病理切片质量，推进规范化操作流程，针对不同的抗体选用合适的染色平台。

abstractsObjective:To analyze the reasons of the inconsistent results of HER-2 staining in two different immunohistochemical staining platforms.Methods:HER-2 staining was performed in 25 cases of invasive breast cancer and 15 cases of gastric cancer on Roche Ventana XT and Leica Bond Max automatic immunohistochemistry autostainer, respectively, and the results were interpreted strictly in accordance with the HER-2 guidelines.Results:The staining results of HER-2 in Roche Ventana XT and Leica Bond Max staining platforms of 25 cases of invasive breast cancer showed statistically significant difference and poor consistency ( P<0.05, Kappa=0.135). In 15 cases of gastric cancer, there was no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05), but the consistency was poor (Kappa=0.186). Conclusion:In order to improve the quality of pathological sections and promote the standardized operation process, appropriate staining platforms should be selected for different antibodies.
