摘要目的:总结1例老年大肠黑变病（melanosis coli，MC）合并晚期直肠癌的围术期护理。方法:对1例MC合并晚期直肠癌的患者做好围术期护理并进行文献学习。结果:术前个体化综合评估，加强肺功能锻炼，进行有效的心理干预和充分的肠道准备。术后合理的营养支持，实施多模式镇痛策略，加强管路护理、注重黑变结肠造口护理，密切观察病情变化，积极防治并发症，加强健康宣教指导。经过19 d的精心治疗和护理，患者康复出院。结论:MC临床少见，伴发直肠癌也罕有报道，总结其围术期护理，为临床提供参考。

abstractsObjective:To summarize the perioperative nursing of an elderly patient with melanosis coli (MC) and advanced rectal cancer.Methods:A patient with MC and advanced rectal cancer received perioperative nursing, and the literatures were studied.Results:Preoperative individualized comprehensive evaluation was performed, pulmonary function exercise was strengthened, and effective psychological intervention and adequate intestinal preparation were taken. Reasonable postoperative nutritional support was given, multi-mode analgesic strategy was implemented, pipeline nursing was strengthened, the nursing of melanosis colostomy was paid attention to, the disease changes was closely observed, the complications were actively prevented and treated, and the health education and guidance were strengthened. After 19 days' careful treatment and nursing, the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital.Conclusions:MC is rare in clinic, and it is rarely reported that it is associated with rectal cancer. The perioperative nursing was summarized for clinical references.
