摘要干眼是以泪膜不稳定为核心特征的多因素眼表疾病，发病率呈逐年上升趋势，其带来的眼部不适和视力障碍对患者工作和生活产生严重影响，进而导致心理健康问题。而抑郁是一种常见的情感障碍类疾病，其发病率也呈不断上升趋势，己成为当前重要健康问题。与一般人群相比，干眼症和抑郁症之间存在显著双向关系，同时抗抑郁药物也与干眼的发生发展有关。因此，本文对干眼与抑郁的相关性进行总结分析。

abstractsDry eye is a multifactorial ocular surface disease with tear film instability as its core feature. Its incidence rate is increasing year by year. The eye discomfort and visual impairment caused by dry eyes have a serious impact on the patients' work and life. Depression is a common affective disorder, and its incidence rate is also on the rise. Depression has become an important health and social problem at present. Depression is more common in patients with dry eyes than in general population, and dry eyes is also more common in depressed patients. At the same time, antidepressants are also related to the occurrence and development of dry eyes. Therefore, this article summarizes and analyzes these possible related factors, so as to study the correlation between dry eyes and depression and make a brief review.
