Neurosyphilis with manifesting as cerebral ring enhanced in a patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome
摘要We report a case of a 45?year?old male patient who was admitted to our hospital due to the left upper extremity weakness and paroxysmal headaches. He was diagnosed with neurosyphilis by pathology. He was found to be human immunodeficiency virus?positive, with a CD4 count of 179 cells/μl. Ring?enhancing lesions were found in the right frontal cortex with adjacent dural thickening. The lesion almost disappeared after anti?syphilis treatment.
