摘要目的 分析目前孕前检查女性风疹病毒(RV)、巨细胞病毒CMV、弓形虫(TOX)感染状况,为孕前优生咨询提供依据.方法 用电化学发光法检测孕前妇女血清RV、CMV、TOX的IgG、IgM抗体.结果 370例孕前妇女RV-IgG阳性率为91.62％,CMV-IgG阳性率为88.64％,CMV-IgM阳性率为1.08％,TOX-IgG阳性率为4.59％,TOX-IgM阳性率为1.35％.TORCH感染与籍贯及文化程度无相关性.结论 风疹病毒及巨细胞病毒感染人数超过检测人群的88％,应早期接种疫苗,避免感染的发生.弓形虫的感染率超过检测人群的4.5％,建议孕前妇女远离宠物.孕前进行巨细胞病毒、风疹病毒、弓形虫IgG、IgM的检查意义重大.提前检测,避免感染期怀孕,有助于减少妊娠不良结局发生的概率,降低先天畸形的发生率.

abstractsObjective To study the infection status of rubella virus (RV),cytomegalovirus (CMV),toxoplasma virus (TOX),in women who reveived pre-pregnancy examinations.Methods Electrochemiluminescence method was use to detect the serum IgG,IgM antibodies against TOX,CMV,RV.Results A total of 370 pre-pregnant women were recruited.Among these subjects,RV-IgG positive rate was 91.62％,CMV-IgG positive rate was 88.64％,CMV-IgM positive rate was 1.08％,TOX-IgG positive rate was 4.59％,and TOX-IgM positive rate was 1.35％.There was no correlation between TORCH infections and the native place or educational level.Conclusions Rubella virus and cytomegalovirus infections were detected in 88％ of the subjects.The women preparing for pregnancy should be vaccinated to avoid these infections.The detection rate of toxoplasma virus infection was higher than 4.5％ of the subjects,suggesting that pregnant women stay away from pets.Antibody testing for cytomegalovirus,rubella virus and toxoplasma vims played an important role.The testing could avoid the occurrence of adverse outcomes of pregnancy and reduce the incidence of congenital malformations.
