上海市松江地区急性上呼吸道感染患儿呼吸道病毒感染研究
Study on the respiratory virus in acute upper respiratory tract infections among children in Songjiang district, Shanghai
摘要目的 初步探明上海松江地区儿童流感样病例(ILI)的病毒病原谱,分析其流行特征,为儿童呼吸道感染预防和控制提供科学依据.方法 采集上海松江区某中心医院2014年1月-2015年12月就诊于儿科发热门诊0~14岁患儿的鼻咽拭子2 121份,使用Seegene公司生产的呼吸道病毒检测试剂盒,采用巢式实时荧光PCR方法检测甲型流感病毒(Flu A)、乙型流感病毒(Flu B)、肠道病毒(HEV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、副流感病毒(PIV)、腺病毒(ADV)、博卡病毒(HBoV)、冠状病毒(HcoV)和偏肺病毒(hMPV).结果 2 121份急性呼吸道感染患儿鼻咽拭子中呼吸道病毒阳性率为82.04%(1 740/2 121),病毒构成比从高到低依次为肠道病毒(HEV)、腺病毒(ADV)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)以及各型季节性流感病毒(Flu).季节性流感呈冬春季和夏季高发;除季节性流感外的其他呼吸道病毒呈夏季和秋季高发,7个月~6岁年龄段为主要易感人群,双重或三重感染多见.结论 肠道病毒、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、季节性流感病毒是松江地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的主要病毒病原,季节性流感和其他呼吸道病毒呈“互补”流行态势.季节性流感优势毒株为pdm2009 H1N1、A(H3N2)、B型、A(H3N2)、pdm2009 H1N1交替流行.

abstractsObjective To preliminarily prove the etiological spectrum of the viruses in children with influenza-like illness (ILI) in Songjiang district and to analyze the epidemic characteristics,so as to provide scientific basis in the prevention and control the respiratory tract infections among children.Methods From January 2014 to December 2015,2 121 throat swab samples were collected from the patients under the age of 14 years old in the pediatric clinic in Songjiang Central Hospital.Nine respiratory viruses (FluA,FluB,HEV,RSV,PIV,ADV,HBoV,HcoV and hMPV) were tested by using Seegene detection kit for these samples.Results The overall positive rate of respiratory viruses was 82.04% (1 740/2 121).The constituent ratios of the respiratory viruses were HEV,ADV,RSV and Flu,from high to low.The epidemic peaks of influenza were winter-spring and summer while other respiratory virus besides influenza virus were summer and autumn.Patients from 7 months to 6 years old were the most vulnerable targets.Dual and triple infections were common.Conclusioins HEV,ADV,RSV and Flu were the major respiratory viruses among children with acute respiratory infections in Songjiang district.Seasonal influenza and other respiratory virus infections seemed to be "complementary".Influenza A (H1N1) pdm2009,A (H3N2),B,A (H3N2) and A (H1N 1) pdm2009 were predominant strains by turns.
